I work with every client in a safe, confidential, one-to-one relationship, fostering their self-awareness to help them navigate their difficulties and achieve optimal health. As a therapist, I am always guided by the specific needs and concerns of the individual attending therapy.
I specialize in working with children and adult clients across a wide range of common health issues. My key areas of clinical expertise include:
- Internal Medicine: Digestive Disorders, Hypertension, and Allergic Rhinitis (Hay Fever).

I am a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association (AFPA) in Ireland. As a member, I fully comply with the Association’s stringent Code of Ethics and Best Practice guidelines. I am fully insured and dedicated to continual academic and personal development, which I consider essential to providing effective client care.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by science, especially human anatomy—the way the body functions is simply captivating to me. When I decided to focus my professional career on medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) resonated with me most profoundly. I strongly believe that imbalance is the root cause of disease; the greater the imbalance, the more symptoms manifest—whether as physical changes or as emotional and behavioral signals. These symptoms are crucial messages your body is sending you to indicate that something is not right, and I encourage my patients to learn to listen.
TCM powerfully combines Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, TCM Nutrition, and Qi Gong exercises to correct these core imbalances. This comprehensive approach not only allows the body to heal itself but also provides a robust strategy for preventing future illnesses.
